So I’m back puttering around WoW now, the new talents and stuff.  I admit I am excited for Wrath, because from what I’ve heard, it’s solved a lot of ‘issues’ I had with the game.  Not so much issues as just ‘things I didn’t enjoy about the game.’  I can play purely for PVP, and don’t have to devote 5 hours a night for 5 nights a week to progress.  Here’s a funny named character.

So as you may or may not know, I’m basically a career arena/healbot pally.  The new talents have created no exception.  Ret is amazing now, but I don’t have the gear for it, and EVERYONE IS RET NOW.  Seriously, everyone.  Horde are so confused by the fact that I’m not Ret that they actually don’t know how to fight me.

My buddy told me he was in a BG with a Druid who broke 1 million healing.  I thought it was bullshit, until:

ONE MILLYUN HEALING.  Look at all the other paladins, too.  All of them ret.  I was literally the only healer in the entire game.  Kind of recockulous.

Fun times.  I would like to dabble in WAR but I think I can’t, so I won’t.

So this weekend at Comic-con I got to shake hands with the voice of Bloo, Keith Ferguson. He’s a friend of a friend, and he showed up at a bar we were hanging out at for a few minutes. I had to take the time to let him know that I love the show, and I have mad props for anything done in Flash.

I also got to shake hands with the voice of Niko Bellic, Michael Hollick. This was less informal, he was working at the autograph booths selling his autographs. I don’t buy autographs, but I had to go shake his hand. While I was walking up to him, someone yelled at him “MY COUSIN!” and he replied by saying hello, but said it exactly like Niko does. Really freaked me out. I thanked him for his work and said it was an awesome game. I wanted to ask him that instead of an autograph, if I could buy him recording a phone message for me, so when you call me it’s Niko saying I can’t come to the phone right now because I’m busy =P But I didn’t want to make him jump through hoops. It also really made me wish I did the Niko costume that I wanted to do. OH WELL!
